This salad is so delicious and the perfect meal to enjoy on this summery day, I will definitely be making it again! To make this recipe my own, I added some Banana Blossom, a popular edible flower in Vietnamese cooking (it worked really well with the flavours and textures of the salad) and I used garlic infused olive oil instead of vegetable oil and garlic, simply because it's what I had on hand and I'm lazy...
