This has been one of my favourite treats and I have always wanted to make it but lacked the confidence. This recipe was easy to follow for my first time making it. I used a combination of walnuts, cashews and pistachios and used orange instead of lemon. I recommend using a very sharp knife to cut the diamond shapes. Thanks Nigella for the motivation :)
