I've made this cake yesterday for the first time and already love it, I've doubled the amount of walnuts and used half oil and half butter, I am a cinnamon lover so I've added a couple of teaspoons of cinnamon in the sponge as well in the buttercream, for the "buttercream" I've used low-fat cream cheese instead of butter and reduced the quantity of icing sugar. What I love about this cake is the bitterness gave by the walnuts and the coffee, I will surely prepare this cake again.
