Hi, This is my entry for the January cookalong. My mini pavlovas were slightly smaller, instead of vanilla extract I used vanilla powder and topped them with fresh mango slices, raspberries and blackberries . I made them for my colleagues at work as it was my birthday and we usually celebrate birthdays with champagne and cake. The pavlovas were accompanied by your Guinness cupcakes and chocolate cloud cake, which I modified by adding some orange zest to the batter, then I topped it with orange curd and added some whipped cream with vanilla powder. They ate everything!
