I've made this deliscious recipe for my mother's 50th birthday, that's why I didn't make little pavlovas but a big one full of whipped cream and fresh berries, I've added a couple of spoonfuls of homemade lemon curd just because I don't like too sweet desserts. My family loved this dessert, it is so soft and marshmallowy in the center with the crispy exterior.
