Hello everyone! I am Gina Krauss,i made this recipe and it turned out to get a lot of beautiful graceful Mini Ballet Dancers just like Ana Pavlova, this dessert is so stylish and elegant that i couldn't get enough of it, the center Oh So Creamy!! Perfectly balanced with the crocked texture outside. I made one substitution, instead of white wine vinegar I used just white vinegar and turned out great. I was actually surprised on how the taste of the merengue changed just by adding the vanilla and the vinegar. The acidity of the vinegar balanced the sweetness of the merengue. Topped it with the whipped cream and red berries, Great Recipe!
