I decided to make four small individual fruit tarts (12cm tins), rather than the one large one (25cm tin). Rather than use shop-bought lemon curd, which I can't get here in Austria anyway, I used my homemade lemon curd. It is Nigella's lemon curd recipe! I decided to top my fruit tarts with just blueberries rather than a combination of berries. July is National Blueberry Month, so it seemed apt. Plus I think that blueberries and lemon are a really delicious flavour combination. So I guess that these are actually 'No-Fuss Blueberry Tarts'.
