Nigella’s tagine can be used to cook meats, poultry, vegetables, fruits and spices very slowly in the oven or on the hob so that the finished dish is full of succulence and flavour. The base is both a cooking and serving dish. The lid is designed to keep the moisture in. The capacity of the large tagine is 3 litres, that of the small tagine 2 litres.
