• Sweet & Sticky ribs - substitutes for sauce

  Hi everyone, I don't live in the UK so could you please help me cause I cant find here in the supermarket sweet chili sauce ( Thai or Chinese); cranberry sauce nor dark sweet soy sauce. Is it possible to use other type of souce? Which ones? Thanks for your help ^.^

• Instant Espresso Powder

  The Tiramisu recipe from "Kitchen" calls for instant expresso powder as do quite a few other recipes I have come across, however, I cannot seem to find this in any of the supermarkets or even online at Italian delis - please could you advise a source for this product if possible?   Can mushrooms be added to this recipe and when would be the right time exactly? And other toppings like tuna and bell peppers, can they be added at the final 2 - 3 minutes? Thanks.
