I watched Nigella make her No Churn Coffee Ice Cream and will be having a go soon, but I cannot find anywhere to buy the ice cream tubs used on the TV show. Where do you get yours from please?
Hi, I' ve just watched the new episode of Nigellissima (wonderful as always!) where she made a No Churn Coffee Ice Cream. Nigella used some great plain ice-cream tubs to freeze this in and I just wondered where these were sourced as I would love some for my own kitchen? If you could point me in the right direction I would be very grateful. Many thanks. Caroline.

I saw a wonderful recipe for either ham hocks, or pork knuckles, I can't remember which, on one of Nigella's shows on American television. I would love to have the recipe, but I can't find it on the site. It is not the pork belly recipe! Thank you so much.

I am a learner baker and am a very big fan of Nigella's. I never miss any of her shows on TV. I had a query about vegetable shortening which is mentioned in some cake recipes. I can't find any at cake supply stores. I also had a problem with the frosting that I made during the summer as it started melting badly. How can I substitute shortening? I am a vegetarian but don't mind eggs. Also I wanted to ask about marshmallows. Do you know what are they called in India and whether they are available at all?

Whenever I'm cooking fish I can never get the skin to go crispy. I always turn the heat right up, but the skin just sticks to the pan or is all soggy. Help!
