Prawn and Iceberg Salad Recipe

I live in Italy and saw a programme with Nigella that had a prawn and Iceberg lettuce salad with a wasabi and saki dressing. Unfortunately I didn't catch the ingredients and am unable to find it on the website. Could you please let me know where I can find a copy? Many thanks vix592
Our answer
We suspect that the recipe you are looking for is Nigella's Japanese Prawns that appears in TV show "Kitchen". The raw prawns (shrimp) are stir-fried until just pink, then dresses with a combination of sake, lime juice, wasabi and salt. The prawns can be served with salad leaves, but are also good with rice or noodles.
