Please can you tell me where to find the pie dishes/pots shown in the photograph on p175 of Nigella Express - the Chicken, Mushroom & Bacon Pie recipe. I have looked everywhere and can't seem to find anywhere that sells them! Thanks

The pie dishes are individual ruffled ceramic pie dishes made by the French company Emile Henry. They are 14cm in diameter (in the US they are sold by capacity, which for the individual ones is 8 ounces) and the colour is cerise/red.
In the US you can buy the dishes direct from the Emile Henry website (the link is below) and you should also be able to find them in some upmarket cookware stores.
For the UK, at time of writing, we understand there is a distribution problem and the Emile Henry UK website is currently unavailable. The pie dishes look like they are listed on some cookware websites but we are not sure that the availability is currently that good. You could try the Emile Henry Irish website (link below) or also try to find a local store near you that stocks Emile Henry vial the company's on-line store finder (link also below).
