Hi, I have just watched the latest episode of Nigalla kitchen. She used a silicone springform tin to make her peanut butter cheesecake and i would really love to know where i can buy one from. Many thanks!

The red silicone springform tin was available in the UK from Heritage Home and Garden (though we understand that it may not be available at present). It is listed as the Paton Calvert 6847 silicone springform 23cm (model code 4902757).

In the US the pan is available from Broadway Panhandler in New York. It is listed as the Lekue silicone springform pan (it is in the Gadget Gifts section of the website).
