Nigella uses a metal roasting pan to make the Roasted Seafood recipe in Kitchen. The pan is rectangular and has rounded corners. Could you let me know who makes it? It is quite lovely and I have pan envy! Thank you, Kelly Walsh

The stainless steel rroasting pan is made by the Scandinavian company Iittala and is part of their "Tools" kitchenware range. The pan comes in two sizes so you may want to check first which size is most appropriate for your oven.
In the UK the pan can be bought on-line from Skandium (see link below). They may also have the pan in one of their London stores but we would suggest calling to check before making a special trip.
In the US there seem to be a few on-line suppliers of the pans. We have included a couple below as examples only, other sources are available.
