Hi, I just saw Nigella making those wonderful Salted Peanut bars on TV. Can you tell me in ounces or grams how much butter I should use? I'm having a girls night in and think they will love them. Thank you from Angela in Ireland

We suspect that you are referring to Nigella's Sweet and Salty Crunch Nut Bars which appear on p310 of Kitchen and were featured in the Kitchen TV series. The bars are made from metled cghocolate, butter, golden syrup, salted peanuts and Crunchie bars (honeycomb candy). The amount of butter used is 125g and a US version of the recipe is available on the Food Network website (see link below).
These bars are a form of the Rocky Road bars that have always been popular as they are easy to make and delicious to eat. You may also like to try Nigella's Rocky Road Crunch Bars from Nigella Express or the Christmas Rocky Road Bars from Christmas (and see related recipe link).
