Can you please suggest where I may be able to buy a 22cm savarin tin for Nigella's Yogurt Pot Cake? I can only find ones which are 23cm or 24cm. I am based in the UK. Thank you!

A savarin tin is a round cake tin which has a hole in the centre. It is the traditional shape for the Yogurt Pot Cake that Nigella makes in Nigellissima - in Italy it is known as ciambella. We understand that the 22cm sized tin is available at Divertimenti, both in store (in London) and on-line. However if you can only find a 23cm tin then that should work just as well for this cake.
It is worth mentioning that we did try this cake in a bundt pan but the results were not particularly good. The bundt pans are deeper than the savarin tins which affected the baking time and tended to cause the outside of the cake to brown too much. However it is possible to bake the cake in a 23cm springform pan if you cannot get hold of a savarin tin.
