What spatula like utensil is Nigella using to lift the cooked fish tacos? I can't find anything like them made of metal. Many thanks Lynda.
At the beginning of each episode of Simply Nigella she is seen turning an item in a frying pan. All I want to know is what make are these cranked food turners? Many thanks.
Hi! Please can I ask where the measuring spoons are from that Nigella uses in Simply Nigella? I haven't seen any shaped like them and would love to have some of my own. Thanks in hopeful advance, Rebecca.

Our answer
Nigella is using a metal spatula made by Wusthof. It is the "4435" spatula and is 12cm/4 1/2 inches long and is available from several sources on-line.
The measuring spoons used by Nigella are Amco Professional Performance stainless steel measuring spoons. They are available from Divertimenti and on-line sources.
The wooden salt pig used by Nigella is made by Dominic Ash and you can find similar models on the company's own website.
