Nigella made an Italian Yogurt Pot Cake in episode 5 of her recent Nigellissima program on BBC2. For some reason all recipes from this series are available on BBC website apart from this one. Would you be able to send me the recipe please?
In Nigellisima, Nigella says to bake the yoghurt cake in a moderate oven. What temperature is that? Thank you for your help. Pereza.

Unfortunately Nigella's publisher and the BBC agree between them which recipes appear on the BBC website and we do not have the space to publish full recipes in Kitchen Queries. However the full recipe is in the Nigellissima book (p182-185). The BBC also has a clip from the show showing Nigella making the cake.
A moderate oven is defined as being 180-190c/350-375F/Gas mk 4-5. Most cakes are baked at 180c and the Yogurt Pot Cake should be baked at 180c/350F/Gas mk 4. Use the centre rack in your oven. If you have a convection, fan or fan assisted oven then please consult your oven handbook for a guide in how to adjust the oven temperature.
