Bakeware in India

Hi, I bought a couple of Nigella's cookbooks which mention various websites from which one can order bakeware, ingredients etc. However, most of these sites do not deliver outside the UK. Are there any websites you recommend that are economical and also deliver to India? Many ingredients and also bakeware are not available in India so I would love to know where I can order them online. Thanks.
Our answer
Unfortunately shipping any product internationally is expensive as the freight charges are high (quite a few of the products are shipped by air) and there are also import charges (and sometimes administration fees for imports) which are levied. Shipping ingredients is also difficult as some countries ban imports of foodstuffs.
However we underdstand that Amazon launched in India earlier this year with a website called Junglee and this has a bakeware section. Hopefully their offer will expand in the next few months so it is worth keeping an eye on their website. EBay India also has a selection of bakeware. It also appears that the US bakeware manufacturer Calphalon may be able to ship to India, though we don't know their current shipping fees so can't comment on how economical they are.
