where can I buy nigella's mini whisk, I have searched and I cannot find it. Divo
I have been searching here in the USA for this little wisk, but with no luck. Have they stopped making them or is there a site to purchase them from. Benni157

Nigella's Bliss mini whisk is a small whisk made from thin wire looped around a thicker central wire. Very similar whisks are known as "wonder whisks" or "magic whisks" in the UK. Nigella's whisk has a plastic handle but many have metal handles so don't leave them in hot sauces for too long or the handle will also become hot. The whisks are available in many cookery shops, hardware shops and also on-line from Amazon or from Lakeland on the link below.
In the US this type of whisk is known as a "vinaigrette whisk" or a "bent pan" or "bent coil" whisk. It is harder to find but you may come across it in professional cookware stores. We have found that Fantes (see link below) has the best selection on-line. At time of writing they are out of stock of the vinaigrette whisk but do have a couple of other, similar whisks.
