  • Venetian Carrot Cake/Chocolate Bars

    Hi, I would like to know how many grams of grounded almonds I have to use to make the Venetian Carrot Cake as it's not mentioned in Nigella's TV clip. Thank you.  

    I can't find the recipe for the chocolate/salted peanuts brownies Nigella made on TV. Any chance you can add it to your recipe list? Thanks Andy

    From the nigella team:

    The Venetian Carrot Cake uses 250g ground almonds. As it contains almonds instead of flour it is exceptionally moist and also gluten free.

    For the chocllate and salted peanut bars we believe that you may be looking for the recipe for Nigella's Sweet and Salty Nut Crunch Bars. We don't have the recipe on NIgella's website at the moment but it can be found in NIgella's book Kitchen.
