Wok and Black Utensil

Nigella's black wok is made by a German company called Woll (pronounced "Voll"). She has a wok similar to the Saphir Lite model. Unfortunately in the UK they are a little hard to find but they are currently available via Amazon. For other suppliers we suggest contacting Woll via their website (www.woll-cookware.com).

Nigella uses several different black spatulas for cooking. We think the one you may be referring to is the Fissler Black Edition Wok Turner. This is made from a non-scratch material which is important when using a non-stick pan or wok.
