If you have seen the Witter I posted on the 26th December, you will have already seen my bossy suggestions about lentil-cooking and its significance at the new year. But it occurred to me that there are plenty of other fabulous food ways to celebrate the New Year even if today is a bit late to be suggesting them. As far as I'm concerned all food can be a feast: it's about attitude not ingredients. So whatever you have in your cupboards, begin the new year as you mean to carry on - and eat with gusto and good cheer. Happy New Year!
