INTRODUCTION
I find this a real life-safer. I so often have crowds of children sleeping over at the weekend, so I make a container full of this and then I just have to whisk in egg, milk and melted butter to a cupful whenever I need a breakfast's worth of pancakes. Serve with the syrup of your choice.

Absolutely perfect, every time! I always have a big jar of this in the cupboard and I make them every other weekend - they are gone within moments. Delicious!
MagentaThis is a wonderfully easy recipe. I made this for the 1st time this morning and this is the 1st time I haven't burnt the pancakes. The blueberry maple syrup is divine!
isparkle50I made these the other day two ways, firstly to freeze liquid contents then defrosted and cooked them. Wonderful. Secondly, made then then froze them under sheets of greaseproof paper, then defrosted and cooked. Lovely too. So easy and saving time when friends come next week ! Just got to take out of freezer night before and toast ! Yummy !
myfamilyang35Hi I made the mix, but is it just me or do they seem a little salty ? I even re checked the ingredients. Any advice ?
whambamI chose to use this recipe for a fundraiser at work. I cooked them and served them with maple syrup and they were devoured. I made 60 pancakes!
gemmazuThis is a fabulous mix. Love the resulting pancakes and the blueberry syrup that accompanies them in the book is so simple yet sooooo delicious :)
SelenaJayneThese went down a treat with 10 hungry boys including 6 teenagers.I had to make another batch of mix up !!! I used the strawberry sauce you have with your french doughnut toast. 10 out of 10 . I dont like strawberries but with your pancakes .....magnifique !!!
WITCHMUMI constantly have a jar of this now proudly in the kitchen on the counter top!
Novice1403These panckes are so simple and delicious! They have become a staple in my cabinet. Boxed just doesn't cut it anymore.
scholasticaWhat could be easier! These are beautiful pancakes and just perfect with the Blueberry Syrup from Nigella Express, but just as wonderful with lemon and sugar or maple syrup. Love this recipe!
Charlie1I loved this recipe but decided to change a bit instead of using 1 egg i used the product no-egg and also decided to add 2 tablespoons of sugar per 150g mix.
ChubbyCookI have never been able to make pancakes that bubble and rise like a packet mix until I tried this recipe. FAB!
