These scones are fantastically easy and delicious. Use normal Australian thickened cream or equivalent eg. double cream, not half and half.

starkusrI bake these for my hair salon and all my clients ask for the recipe! Although I use 2 cups of flour to 1 cup lemonade and cream. I love to dollop scone mix into a 12 pc cupcake tray squirted with a little oil. They sit up on their flat bottoms and there is no need for kneading or cutting! My father-in-law begs for them every time he visits!

monkeynutThanks Dabrita! I have a 'normal' scone recipe, but fancied making the lemonade version with my kids. The concept of lemonade in a recipe was amazing to them. They worked fabulously - of course:) Great stuff.
