PARSNIP SOUP GARNISH

INGREDIENTS

Parsnip, peeled
sunflower oil
INTRODUCTION

This is a lovely garnish for the parsnip soup I forgot to add earlier to the parsnip soup recipe.
METHOD

1.Cut a peeled parsnip into ribbons with a potato peeler and fry in sunflower oil for about 30 seconds until golden. Drain well on kitchen paper, season and scatter over the soup before serving. Enjoy!
