INTRODUCTION
I don´t know if these are typically Norwegian, but in my family we´ve made them for years. In my mothers handwritten recipe book she has added "the family´s favourites, Christmas 1982". All I can say is that they are VERY good.

ChrisaI made these and used golden syrup the sausage shaped bit confused me as in does it make seperate cookies or long ones? I rolled my mixture into little balls and baked them so they formed indivudal cookies, they were very very very nice and moorish. I also made some vegan subsitute ones and they were good too. I will be making them again defo but maybe not too soon Im' still a bit full from Christmas
shrewmongooseThese cookies are wonderful, but the flattened logs must be sliced into strips while warm. A pizza slicer works very well.
