CHOCOLATE FUDGE FROSTING
INGREDIENTS

90g butter
1/3 cup water
1/2 cup caster sugar
1 1/2 cups icing sugar
1/3 cup cocoa powder
Serving Size : makes enough to give you a nice thick layer over a cake
INTRODUCTION

This goes really well with chocolate beetroot cake. Or chocolate cake of any kind.
METHOD

1.Combine butter, water and caster sugar in a small saucepan and stir over low heat without boiling until sugar dissolves.
2.Sift icing sugar and cocoa into medium bowl and gradually stir in hot mixture. Refrigerate about 20 minutes or until frosting is spreadable.
ADDITIONAL INFO

If you want to add extra icing sugar to make it thicker, it's up to your tastes.
