This is by far the BEST fudge sauce I have ever had. I love the sweet peanut butter flavor combined with the dark chocolate. I make this when I want to impress people but did not have time to make a dessert from scratch. Believe me, they are more than happy to eat it!

NickkiThis recipe is just fantastic! I made it tonight, and it is so easy, I used maybe 1 minute to make everything. So please, try it. One tips is to take more chocolate and not so much peanut butter.

(OK, so you're already married, and I'm a straight woman, but what the heck :) I already discovered a month or so ago that my ice cream greatly benefits from the addition of salted peanuts, so I can't wait to try this with the sauce as well! mmmchocolateThis is utterly fantastic! I forget the ice cream entirely and eat it by the spoonful (without sharing with my husband). I use the cookbook recipe of substituting ¾ cup sweetened condensed milk and ¼ cup hot water for the cream and golden syrup (hard to find in rural U.S.), and it’s great. Make it today and you won’t regret the indulgence!

ColoradorealestateThis is an amazing treat! Lucky for me everybody thought the combination would be discusting (we know better). I've put the rest of the icecream with te sauce into the freezer. Even frozen it tasted amazing!

I even use Elmlea Light (which is a double cream substitute anyway) and I still find it is a lovely consistency. I also prefer to use dark instead of milk chocolate, but either way it is SCRUMMYYYYY!!!

Last night I had guests so doubled the recipe but had quite a bit left over so I put it into a mixing bowl with 3 eggs and 1 1/2 cups of plain flour and baked it at 180C for 10 - 15 mins. Iced it with a chocolate ganache and it made the most beautiful fudgy mousse cake. Delicious!

Made it with single cream as had some in the fridge to use up and it was by far one of the best things I have ever tasted!Think melted snickers bar!It should however come with a health warning and I will be doing my utmost to avoid making it again unless there are more people around to stop me eating the whole lot!

JawjThis sauce is absolutely amazing! Reading the ingredients and then the reviews I just knew i had to make it. I made it for my hubby (and me, of course) a few days ago, and you should have heard the oooh's and aaah's coming from us as we ate this delicious dessert. Will definitely be making this for friends and family.
