Ingredients

  • 3 bananas (ripe)
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1.6 cups flour
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 0.6 cups milk
  • 1 egg (beaten well)

Method

  1. Mix the dry ingredients.
  2. Whisk the beaten eggs and milk together and add to the dry ingredients.
  3. Fold in the mashed bananas.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan ( the above has to be deep fried ) Scoop the mix into a spoon and drop into hot oil and fry till golden brown.
