Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe bananas
  • 8 oz self-raising flour
  • 3 oz melted butter
  • 2 oz turbinado sugar
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 sprinkling of almond meal

Method

  1. Mash bananas, add flour, butter, sugar and cinnamon and a shake of gd almonds mix well.
  2. Line an ovenprooof dish and sprinkle with demerera sugar.
  3. Oven at 200 degrees C and bake until its brown, about 20 to 30 mins.
  4. Enjoy its delicious!
