Crunchy choco ballz

This is choco dessert for all occassions. Loved by kids and relished by adults. A quick recipe to party on...

Ingredients

  • Vegetarian
  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 2 tbspn condensed milk
  • half cup milk  
  • 50g choco flakes (any brand)
  • 25g butter 

Method

  1. In a pan, add butter, milk and stir it on low flame. Dont let it burn, add the chocolate bar and let it melt .
  2. After it melts add 2 tablespoons of condensed milk. Stir to avoid burning.
  3. Let them cook for a minute and switch off the flame.
  4. Then add the crunchy choco flakes. Stir and mix, dont keep the flakes for a long time as they might become soft!!
  5. Put butter on ur hands and just quickly roll the mixture in your palms and place them on butter paper.
  6. Put them in fridge for setting for 1-2 hrs.
