Metric Cups
  • 2 large parsnips (peeled)
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • groundnut oil (a drizzle, optional)
  • 10 grams butter
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 pinch of celery salt
  • ⅓ litre chicken stock (I prefer chicken oxo cubes)
  • 40 grams mascarpone cheese
  • 2 large parsnips (peeled)
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • peanut oil (a drizzle, optional)
  • ⅓ ounce butter
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 pinch of celery salt
  • ⅗ pint chicken broth (I prefer chicken oxo cubes)
  • 1⅖ ounces mascarpone cheese
