This is how cupcakes are meant to taste! Moist, perfectly sweet and oh so tempting! I made for a friend's birthday and I ended up having to supply for everyone! They taste great with Nutella and kids love 'em!

Ingredients
Switch to Cup Measures- 125 grams unsalted butter
- 125 grams caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 125 grams self-raising flour
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 tin caramel treat
Method
- Place all ingredients (except for milk and carmel) together
- Mix until smooth
- Still mixing, alternate between pouring milk and caramel (this makes it extra smooth)
- Pour into cupcake cases in cupcake tray
- Bake for 15-20 minutes
