Ingredients
Switch to Cup Measures- 6 eggs
- 150 grams caster sugar
- 75 grams flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 200 grams coconut
- 150 grams dulce de leche (Argentinian sweet treat)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method
- Pre heat your oven at 180 degrees.
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them.
- Cook for 35 minutes. Check at 25 minutes depending of the oven
- Let the cake cold a little and cover the cake with dulce de leche
- ENJOY!
