Ingredients

Switch to Cup Measures
  • 6 eggs
  • 150 grams caster sugar
  • 75 grams flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 200 grams coconut
  • 150 grams dulce de leche (Argentinian sweet treat)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method

  1. Pre heat your oven at 180 degrees.
  2. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them.
  3. Cook for 35 minutes. Check at 25 minutes depending of the oven
  4. Let the cake cold a little and cover the cake with dulce de leche
  5. ENJOY!
