Ingredients
Switch to Cup Measures- ice cream (vanilla, coffee or chocolate)
- espresso coffee Hot
- Amaretto liqueur
Method
- Scoop an ice cream ball into a small glass or cup.
- Pour over some espresso coffee, to about half way.
- Serve immediately and if you wish you can sprinkle a little bit of Amaretto on top.
