AFFOGATO
Easy and delicious after an italian feast. Affogato means drowned in italian. In this case the ice cream is drowned in espresso.

Ingredients
- Ice-cream (vanilla, coffee or chocolate)
- Some good hot espresso coffee
- Amaretto
Method
Serves: -
- Scoop an ice cream ball into a small glass or cup.
- Pour over some espresso coffee, to about half way.
- Serve immediately and if you wish you can sprinkle a little bit of Amaretto on top.
