Ingredients
Switch to Cup Measures- 100 grams butter
- 200 grams milk chocolate
- 200 grams white chocolate Melted
- 250 grams digestive biscuits Crushed
- 200 grams bar Aero mint chocolate Chopped
- 3 tablespoons golden syrup
- 1 drop food colouring Green
- 2 drops peppermint essence
Method
- Melt the choc, butter and syrup add biscuit and chopped aero.
- Press into traybake tin.
- Melt white choc add peppermint essence and colour.
- Pour over the top and refrigerate.
- Cut into slices.
