AFTER DINNER NIBBLE

Perfect for those that dont do deserts, but wants something sweet with coffee.

Ingredients

  • Vegetarian
  • 100g butter
  • 200g milk choc
  • 200g white choc Melted
  • 250 g crushed digestives
  • 200g bar of Aero mint chocolate chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Golden Syrup
  • 1 drop green colouring
  • 2 drops peppermint essence

Method

  1. Melt the choc, butter and syrup add biscuit and chopped aero.
  2. Press into traybake tin.
  3. Melt white choc add peppermint essence and colour.
  4. Pour over the top and refrigerate.
  5. Cut into slices.
