What does this mean?

Simple and Nice. Can be done using either ground almond or peanut or perhaps any other nuts.

Ingredients

Switch to Cup Measures

for the cookie

  • 227 grams ground almonds or ground peanuts
  • 170 grams icing sugar
  • 340 grams self-raising flour
  • 125 grams butter Melted
  • 250 ml cooking oil

for the glaze

  • 1 chocolate bar Melted
  • 1 packet almonds Chopped

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients together into a dough.
  2. Divide and mould the dough into tiny balls and put them into the smallest paper cups available in the market.
  3. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 - 20 minutes.
  4. Leave the cookies out in a tray to cool completely.
  5. Glaze with melted chocolate and sprinkle with chopped almonds / peanuts.
