Ingredients
Switch to Cup Measuresfor the cookie
- 227 grams ground almonds or ground peanuts
- 170 grams icing sugar
- 340 grams self-raising flour
- 125 grams butter Melted
- 250 ml cooking oil
for the glaze
- 1 chocolate bar Melted
- 1 packet almonds Chopped
Method
- Mix all the ingredients together into a dough.
- Divide and mould the dough into tiny balls and put them into the smallest paper cups available in the market.
- Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 - 20 minutes.
- Leave the cookies out in a tray to cool completely.
- Glaze with melted chocolate and sprinkle with chopped almonds / peanuts.
