What does this mean?

This recipe is soothing to the mouth because of the full consistency of butter, sugar and flour in which the eggs make the beautiful yellowish color and perfect rise of flour. The pineapples will just make you feel at ease with this perfectly sugared cake. This is a cake which topples all cakes for me. I have tried sponge cakes, well they taste like coconut dried granules with its milk squeezed out.

Ingredients

Switch to Cup Measures
  • 200 grams self-raising flour
  • 200 grams butter Molten
  • 200 grams caster sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can pineapples Chunks

Method

  1. Hand mix the eggs. Then add the sugar and molten butter. Now use the mixer and add the flour bit by bit. Then add the bits of pineapples with a fork.
  2. Bake on gas mark 4 for 35 to 45 mins.
