What does this mean?

Ingredients

  • 2 large peeled , cored and diced apples
  • 1 cup golden raisins
  • ½ cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • 2 ½ cups self-raising flour

Method

  1. Mix apples, golden raisins, butter, honey and yoghurt well.
  2. Stir in cinnamon and flour well.
  3. Put in a paper-lined tin and bake for 45 minutes.
  4. Serve hot as a pudding or slice cold.
