Ingredients

  • 1 packet puff pastry
  • 1 tablespoon superfine sugar
  • 1 can apples
  • ½ cup golden raisins
  • ½ cup coconut
  • 1 bittersweet chocolate bar
  • 2 tablespoons melted margarine
  • 2 tablespoons superfine sugar

Method

  1. Put apples, sugar and chocolate into the microwave until chocolate has melted.
  2. Add golden raisins and coconut into the apple mixture.
  3. Roll out Puff Pastry and put apple mixture onto puff pastry like it is a sausage. Wet all edges of pastry and roll up.Put cuts along pastry and brush with melted margarine.
  4. Place in oven 180 for 15 mins, then take out and brush with more margarine and sprinkle with sugar.Place back in oven until brown.
