What does this mean?

This must be one of the first recipes I learned, 'cause I don't remember not making it and this is one of the two version I know. I love this one, cause it easy and can be made when you crave something sweet.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup apple sauce
  • 1 cup crushed sweet oatmeal biscuit

Method

  1. Whisk the cream until firm peaks.
  2. Fold in the apple sauce, make sure it is marbled.
  3. Take two glass dessert bowls. In the bottom add a layer of biscuit crumbs, add 1/4 of the cream in each bowl, add a good layer biscuit and add the last cream, dust with a little of the biscuit crumbs.
  4. Serve.
