Ingredients

Switch to Cup Measures
  • 1 litre apricot juice
  • 1 packet mushroom soup
  • 1 packet brown onion soup
  • 1 packet button mushrooms
  • 10 pieces of chicken
  • 1 litre water
  • 12 small onions

Method

  1. Mix the Apricot liquid with the water and both packets of soup ( Mushroom and Brown onion soup)
  2. Place Chicken and Mushrooms with onions into a oven dish cover with all the liquid and cook at 180 c for about 1 to 1 and a half hours
  3. Serve with rice and veggies !! Enjoy !!
