Metric Cups
  • 360 grams flour
  • 300 grams butter
  • 200 grams icing sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 40 grams cocoa
  • 15 grams honey
  • 2 grams orange zest
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 12¾ ounces flour
  • 10⅗ ounces butter
  • 7 ounces confectioners' sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1⅖ ounces unsweetened cocoa
  • ½ ounce honey
  • ounce orange zest
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla

Method

  1. Mix butter (room temperature) with icing sugar and honey. Add eggs and flour and cocoa, vanilla and orange zest. Mix till the dough is amalgamated, than put it in a pastry bag and make some ring biscuits.
  2. Let the biscuits in the fridge for 15 min and in the meantime preheat the oven at 190°C. Bake them for 15 min. Enjoy
