Bar ones are made by Cadburys and are available in the UK but you could substitute Mars Bars I'm sure.

Ingredients
Switch to Cup Measures- 300 grams Bar ones (3 100g bars, melted)
- 1 tin condensed milk
- 500 ml cream
- 4 eggs
Method
- Separate eggs and beat yolks.
- Add whipped cream to beaten yolks, then fold in the tin of condensed milk and the melted chocolate.
- Add egg whites beaten to soft peaks.
- Freeze and serve.
