Ingredients

Serves: serve 3-4

Metric Cups
  • 20 glucose biscuits
  • cream
  • 100 grams caster sugar
  • 250 millilitres drinking chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 125 millilitres drinking chocolate (or slab of chocolate)
  • 20 glucose biscuits
  • cream
  • 3½ ounces superfine sugar
  • 9 fluid ounces drinking chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 4 fluid ounces drinking chocolate (or slab of chocolate)

Method

  • Slightly heat milk and mix drinking chocolate in it.
  • Mix castor sugar and fresh cream into a smooth paste.
  • In a rectangle pudding bowl, layer the biscuit and fresh cream.
  • Dip the biscuits in the drinking chocolate and make a layer.
  • On top of that layer pour the fresh cream and castor sugar mix.
  • Repeat the same procedure for two more layers making sure the top most layer is of fresh cream and castor sugar mix.
  • Once this is done, grate the chocolate bar on the top.
  • Put it in the refrigerator and serve cold.
