Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups flour
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
- 1 ½ teaspoons salt
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ¾ cup superfine sugar
- 4 oz butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 egg
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Method
- Beat butter, white sugar and brown sugar together till light and fluffy.
- Add the vanilla essence.
- Beat in the egg. mix well.
- Sift in the flour, salt and baking soda.
