  • 75 grams butter (melted)
  • 150 grams soft dark brown sugar
  • 225 grams mixed dried fruit
  • 4 teaspoons allspice (or to taste)
  • 11½ ounces bread (stale)
  • 2⅔ ounces butter (melted)
  • 5⅓ ounces soft dark brown sugar
  • 7⅞ ounces mixed dried fruit
  • 4 teaspoons allspice (or to taste)
