  • 1 kilogram chicken wings (or more)
  • salt

  • 1 large lemon (or 2 limes)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 coconut
  • fresh rosemary
  • garlic (finely chopped)

  • The first thing you do is to just open the coconuts and get the water out into a pot. Heat it in a medium heat.
  • After that just put in the chicken wings and wait for about 15-30 minutes and then just put the chicken wings out from the boiling coconut water and but it in a big bowl.
  • Now from that point put in salt, pepper, soy sauce, rosemary and the squeeze the juice from the lemon. Now use your hand and stir it carefully. Then just add a little olive oil and stir again, but this time with a wooden spoon.
  • Then ready in a pan with olive oil(not extra virgin)and just fry the buffalo wings.
  • While doing that chop the garlic and fry it in another pan until its color is golden brown. After the wings are crispy and golden brown just get it out from the heat and serve it on a plate along with the garlic. You can also serve the lemon sauce individually in another bowl to dip.
