Ingredients
Switch to Cup Measures- 250 grams strawberries (frozen)
- 150 grams raspberries (frozen)
- 50 grams icing sugar
- 250 grams mascarpone cheese
- 150 grams clotted cream
Method
- Blitz fruit in liquidiser for 30 seconds.
- Add marscapone, sugar and cream, blitz for 10 seconds.
- Serve and enjoy.
